TERMINATION AND REFUND POLICY

TERMINATION OF AGREEMENT
These Termination Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity and LOTUSIA PTE. LTD., concerning the service as agreed previously by both parties.
This agreement shall terminate upon (1) Successful Completion of Agreed Services; (2) Rejection of Application arising from any reasons; (3) Unforeseen Circumstances Forcing the Termination of Services, including but not limited to case of death, disability, bankruptcy or any other event resulting in inability to proceed with agreed services.
Termination of services can be made by either party giving a notice period of 7 days in advance or as per negotiated, only through black and white written notice. Verbal termination may be made invalid without concrete proof of termination agreement. The effective start date of Agreement Termination shall follow the day when mutual consent and agreement is made. No note that in some cases, there may be no minimum period of notice for the termination of agreement.
REFUND TERMS
LOTUSIA PTE. LTD. is responsible to fulfill each stage of service as per in the agreement made. Charges incurred after successful completion of each stage of service are non-refundable. In the event that you fail to co-operate or voluntarily terminate the company(s) registration and/or related services during the process, all incurred fees, including application related fees and corresponding service fees will not be refunded.
In cases where LOTUSIA PTE. LTD. fails to deliver the service as per in the agreement due to reasons arising from LOTUSIA PTE. LTD, a refund shall be made for the failed services, through payment method from mutual agreement or as per arranged by LOTUSIA PTE. LTD.
Regulations posed by the law of SINGAPORE shall comply in accordance with the Consumer Protection (Fair Trade Policy). Official consequences and refund shall be made available at any time if LOTUSIA PTE. LTD. is proven to have infringed the regulations.
REFUND PERIOD
Unless otherwise indicated, the refund request shall be done no more than 14 days from the day of payment made. You may submit a refund request by contacting us directly through (1) Contact Us form; (2) Direct Call or Message through Communication Platforms, charges may apply depending on your mobile services usage rate. You shall be required to provide information for transaction tracking purpose, with regards to your purchase, including but not limited to your name, contact number, services bought and payment transaction number.
The processing period for the refund shall depend on the individual bank and/or payment gateway involved in the transaction. LOTUSIA PTE. LTD. is not liable in circumstances of delay in refund duration due to uncontrolled situation.
